My one suggestion for improvement is the lead time provided for the pre and final disclosure. The goal should be to deliver earlier to allow for unexpected events and avoid unnecessary anxiety on the part of the customer.

Jeff knows his sh*t. He's very detailed, organized, and punctual with what he says and does, while getting others (along with the buyer) to work together to make for a smooth close. We had challenges that ultimately could have been a deal breaker, but Jeff ultimately facilitated resolution and we still closed very quick. Even though Builders mortgage company offered a $7500 incentive it was not worth the aggravation I endured. Called FBC and done!! No hassle straight forward processing. Great job!
