I can say that the loan officer was good at what he did I do know when it got close to the end it was hard to get in touch with him unless you text him. I don't like to text when it comes to something like this. Overall his team was great and did close on my house in 23 days

My home buying process was hassle-free thanks to the people at FBC Mortgage. They knew exactly what they needed from me, asked for it in a timely manner, and kept me informed to the utmost degree. I had heard horror stories from quite a few friends on the home buying process, but thankfull did not have to deal with any of those from FBC.
Blaise's Tip: Not every website has a "mobile" equivalent. Utilize a computer whenever you can to minimize faults in paperwork.
