Nice Start
The beginning process to get our loan was nice and easy, however one it went to processing was a nightmare. I had to write numerous letters explain the simplest things, there was little o no communication between the processor and my realtor despite my realtors persistence, and the worst was when the processor contacted my husbands work and told his coworkers that they need some paperwork (repeatedly) and told these coworkers that if they didn't have that paperwork then my husband and I would not be eligible for the loan. That upset me for many reasons! first of all we have previously been approved through you for a loan that was $100K more than this one so I know we could be approved. Secondly, and most important, that is our personal information and not that of his coworkers! I am not sure but I think that is in direct opposition to some privacy laws and/or rights that we as the consumer should have in dealing with your company. Those particular coworkers (with whom were the absolute worse people to say this to for various personal reasons) couldn't wait to tell my husband that it was said. I asked the processor if she had said that to them and she did confirm that she had like it was nothing. As you can tell I am still very upset over this matter

Stephanie Lucas made my experience buying a home so at ease. Even when there were hiccups in the process she guided us to a great direction and never gave up. She is God sent and had the will to win and ensure we were home owners. She kept it honest with us and never lied and we honestly slept great at night knowing she was on our team. She gave us directions/advice and we followed them and trusted her. She deserves employee of the year for her hard work, dedication and passion to help families. She answered the phone anytime time, day and night. She worked on the weekends for us and etc. i I can go on and on about her lol. She is truly always welcome to our home lol. Thankful for her!
