I had a terrible time, with my loan. I got approved, but I was in limbo all the time. I was never updated on my closing cost until I called the title company. I call Mr Gray multiple times no answer, then I would get a text from him. Also I told him on the only day I was able to close on, and he ignored me and I was notified again from the title company I was closing on a day I was stuck at work. I felt like he made no sense when he was talking every time we would communicate.

Horrendous
There is not enough space here to say everything that needs to be said. First and foremost, Clayton Gray needs to be fired!!!!!!! Cannot tell you how many times the same documents were sent to him over and over and over. His communication skills are horrendous. He plays with peoples lives in this process. It was literally two months of Hell dealing with him. He lied to us too many times, from stating that our loan was in underwriting to the fact that he was in a "clear to close meeting" concerning our loan. When in fact it had yet to go to underwriting. We have previously bought 2 other homes and never have we experienced anything like we did with him. We were 48 hours away from being homeless! He went as far as blaming some issues on our insurance provider! In order to get out DTI down, he stated that we needed to get our monthly insurance premium down to $75 and he would take care of it. How in the world do you get a $3,500 insurance estimate down to $75 per month? If Brooke and Raven had not stepped in when they did, we would literally be homeless right now! They accomplished in 36 hours what Clayton had 2 months to do!

Clayton and his team went above and beyond to make our vacation home purchase as smooth as possible, they were quick to respond to any questions and were on top of all the necessary paperwork. Their online portal made getting documents uploaded and signed was very easy, even remotely. Would recommend Clayton to others and would love to use him again for future home purchases!
