The whole team was a pleasure to work with during this process. In the beginning I did not receive what i felt to be a competitive rate but they worked with me after some loan shopping and showed me top notch customer service in offering a very competitive rate. Questions I asked were never disregarded or swept under the rug and they walked me through understanding every line and step in this process. I was a man of many questions and not once did they make me feel like I was being imposing or annoying and always answered my calls. They pushed dates when they could and shook the chains I asked to make for a quick closing experience and completely hassle free!
David's Tip: The reality is that everyone offering home loans is in it to make money of course..Make sure you shop around to make sure you are getting the best rate. Ashley was mortgage loan originator and the one I spent the most time on the phone with--hes great!

Had a VA loan where we moved the closing date up by a week and a half. Mike's team was on the ball and had everything squared away. There were no issues at all! Paperwork was handled efficiently and conveniently. Would definitely use his team again. His team runs like a well-oiled machine.
Brian's Tip: It definitely helps to have all the paperwork prepared ahead of time. This means tax returns and documentation.
