My experience in the beginning when I was preapproved was great. When it was one week before closing is when they asked for documentation which should have been asked for weeks in advance which caused the loan processor to hold up my approval and my closing date was canceled twice. On the day I closed and got my keys I still received an email asking about an account that I was originally told I had to pay so they did collect the money from me to pay the account off when I had already paid it so I was owed money. The biggest problem I had with them was communicating with each other because I was told one thing by someone and another by someone else which is what delayed my approval and closing.

for a simple loan this was a terrible experience three people involved didn't seem to talk to each other kept asking for same info gave plenty of docs. to cover everything even got my financial advisor involved he even said they didn't know what they where doing. didn't feel my private info was safe i would never do business or recommend these people go else where

I just want to say I had an amazing experience working with Stephanie! She walked me through the process in a nonjudgmental way. She always gave me all of the facts before I made any choices. I did a Construction to Perm Loan which as it turned out was quite extensive. There were questions included that I had never had to answer before. The banks and loan organizations are much more thorough in their quest for personal information than ever before.

The experience we had, was really first class. We felt like family from Day 1, and our Loan Officer was very informative and answered any questions we had. It was a very nerve wrecking thing to wait to see if you were approved. he was great to provide stories of past experiences. That almost eased my fears. Hats off to him for giving us the support we needed while going through this process. The ladies (Tonya Bonilla, Janee Wasierski) I worked with as well were always so nice and were quick to answer any questions I had as well. And made sure I understood why there were certain items being asked of.
