The staff at FBC were great. We applied for a jumbo loan and own our own business, making the application process tedious and frustrating at times, but John's staff were great and were easy to work with. Had it not been for their professionalism and friendliness, I probably would have given up. My calls and e-mails were always answered timely. Karen always took the time to answer all of my questions and never seemed to be too busy to talk and to make sure I was informed and understood the loan process.

Some of the most important things to me when doing business is integrity, a straightforward approach, support, and great follow-through. Gordon and Laura were absolutely fantastic to work with!! Their follow-up, quick responses, and ease of doing business with has been the absolute best throughout this building and purchasing process. There wasn't a time that I called Gordon where he didn't pick-up, email, or text me back. He was through in waking me through the process and always open to ALL the many questions that I had. I am a tough grader, because I have high expectations, and I am more than pleased to say that Gordon and Laura exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend using them!!! Best of luck!

Working with FBC was much better than my previous lender(s). They were available and responsive when contacted, and they were patient with my questions. There were a couple of hiccups in the process of getting our loan approved, which were disappointing, but all-in-all, I am very thankful to have worked with FBC for our refinance.
Angela's Tip: Have all personal information and paperwork ready before you start the process, that way there are fewer files that they keep asking for. Additionally, it is easier if there are not a lot of inquiries on your credit prior to your loan processing.
