Dabney and his team are experts who are also people of incredible integrity and the highest work ethic and customer service. The personal service was counter cultural. He and his team were quick to respond to questions, meticulous about making sure our loan package was completed perfectly, and looking out for our financial needs over "making an extra buck". As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions and Dabney was a phone call away. We always felt completely at ease in his care as if a family member was fighting for us and protecting our interests. Our rate was fantastic and our closing went completely flawless. Dabney was even there personally to make sure we were taken care of and answer our questions. In today's culture it seems you have to choose between the best expert or the best in customer service but in Dabney, Kiel, and Michelle you get the highest quality of both wrapped into a fantastic team! I wish I could rate them an 11!!

I had started the process with another mortgage company and wasn't feeling right about the rate and response I was getting. So when I contacted Tori, she changed my entire experience! I can't begin to tell you how much stress was alleviated once she stepped in and took over my mortgage process. I not only got a better rate but incredible service, and kindness along the way. She was always available, answered all my crazy questions even on the weekends, and made me feel at ease that everything was taken care of. FBC in general and Mark Minadeo in particular was great to work with. I had a lot of questions at various stages and Mark was quick to respond and always service oriented. I could e-mail him, text him, call him: he always got back to me promptly. While there is plenty of paperwork to be done, FBC made it easy to get it done, with helpful guidance and a great web site. No brainer when you want a mortgage from a team that understands the needs of the borrower got to FBC.

As a first time home buyer, it was natural to feel a bit anxious about the whole process. Picking a lender seemed like a task in itself. I spoke to a few lenders/loan originators before speaking to Gordon, with FBC, and none made me feel at ease like he did. Throughout the process, Gordon and Laura kept me informed of what was going on or what documents they needed from me. I'm a person who works a lot and generally not accessible by phone during normal work hours, so it was such a relief to be able to do business with Gordon and Laura by email, text, and phone calls- many times after hours and later in the evening. I'm not sure that I can thank them enough for being available to me during my free time, not exactly theirs. They made the lending process easy for me! I can and will recommend them to anyone seeking a great lender!
