Amazing Overall Experience
After almost having our entire home buying process fall through Terie Mitchell and the rest of Rob's team stepped in to save the day. All documentation that was needed to complete the loan was sent in and Rob's team did an excellent job organizing that information and telling us exactly what was needed in order to get the job done. The simplicity of the experience with FBC Mortgage far exceeded the expectation set up by our previous lender. I would recommend FBC Mortgage and Rob's team to anyone looking to purchase a home whether it's their first or their 20th
Christopher's Tip: Always be prepared to provide any documentation necessary as underwriting has very specific requirements that must be met some of which are federally regulated.

The whole process of funding with FBC was very smooth. Andrew and Rob made sure I was always updated on the file under process. They were also easily reachable when I had questions and worked with the builder as the closing date was slipping.

Broke it down
I had everything broken down to me. They were patient, caring and for lack of a better term they held my hand every step of the way. Always responded to be within the hour or less than 12 hours.

I started my process with FBC Mortage a little over 6 months ago. My home was set to be done within that time frame. Through the works of the amazing staff at FBC Mortage things took off and I was able to close and move into my house the same week it was finished. The home buying process is not a easy one by far. I appreciate the updates from Mr. Adams as my process went along and not only did the updates keep me in the knowing they also gave me a breakdown and understanding of how things would flow for the next steps. I appreciate all the emails I got for every holiday in between the building process and as a new client of FBC. I am greatly appreciative of the staff that I’ve had personal one on ones with like Terie who held my hand through a few tough moments. She felt like a friend and not just a lender looking to close on a deal. I appreciate Brianna for making sure that my questions got answered and for keeping me ontop of getting things turned in and at times breaking down some of the things I didn’t understand. Both young ladies where patient and kind. I felt like I had a team working for me and they did the most of what they could so that I would get into this house. This is my first time buying a home and I went in eyes closed not knowing what to expect. I feel I came out of this with a victory because I didn’t feel this would be possible or even happen.
