Wouldn't have made it through this with out Denton
Our building process was a little rough but Denton was always there to answer my question even if they didn't pertain to him. I really appreciated how patient he was with me as a first time home buyer and builder. Communication is the key to all things in life and especially this process and we are so glad Denton was our Dude! Thanks for all your hard work at seeing us over this finish line!!!

Mrs Chenard has been very supportive and clear regarding things that could be done or not since we started the process until we closed. Renewing every 3 months the documents for the mortgage was quite annoying. Especially when the processor was always someone new. But we went through it!

I Don't Know What I Would Have Done Without Him!
When my husband and I decided to buy our first home, we were excited but also scared! Buying our first home felt overwhelming and our of reach at first... But not after meeting Dylan! Dylan was professional, attentive and truly cared about our buying experience. He took every call of mine and would answer all of my questions - he was so kind to make sure to give me detailed and thoughtful feedback no matter what the issue or concern was. I really appreciated being able to lean on someone like Dylan to help guide us through the process. He also gave us incredible advice on hard financial decisions that we couldn't have made without Dylan. Dylan is professional, smart, friendly, and a joy to work with. He is also a family man which my husband and I appreciate on a personal level! Throughout the process Dylan sent helpful email and text reminders. He also sent videos on what to expect during each stage of the process that made things so easy! Even to this day a YEAR later, I still text Dylan for different pieces of advice like mail I receive, help with my home insurance, etc. He goes above and beyond to make sure he is helpful. Communication was terrible. Didn’t give me information throughout the process, I had to wait for days to get an answer and charged me extremely high fees with a credit score of 750+. They said they would give me a credit that they deducted somewhere else. Stay away from this llace

Terrible experience
It was a terrible process. Poor communication. Jon never got back to me. Asked for the same documents 3-4 times. No communication between loan officer to loan coordinator to underwriter. The craziest this is they failed to fund the closing while I was at the closing… The supervisor said he would call me to discuss the issues and he never followed through.

Amazing experience VA loan
I had the most fortunate experience having Denton & Pam as my loan officers. And I closed on my new house a week ago! I started this process with them and they helped me get approval on my new construction. They stayed in communication with both the builder and me. It wasn’t easy but this team kept me on track, kept the builder on track and ensured I had a very smooth closing! I was blessed having Denton on my team!!!

BEST EVER!!!
I had a previously poor experience trying to purchase a home before, and then I found Pamela Johnson! A true angel in mortgage land. She walked me through every step. This was not an easy process but she was literally there for me every step of the way. I think she may have even carried me through some rocky spots. She never gave up on me and never let me give up either, not only did I just move into my brand new home, she managed to get me an incredible rate. In the mortgage world I wouldn’t trust anyone else ever. She truly is a godsent for me.

Kevin and I work very closely through the whole process. If I ever had a question all I had to do was to give him a call or text and he would get right back with me. The only drawback I had was that he informed me that he could freeze an interest-rate when we reached 60 days of closing. That did not happen. He told me the reason he did not freeze in a rate was that he did not know if I was going to go with his company or get financing from someplace else. I feel that he could’ve at least have frozen rate regardless. I still feel that he was able to get me a competitive interest rate. He kept me informed right up to the end of the closing.
