Denton was the first person I spoke too in regards to my Loan Process with RMC Mortgage. I had my reservations at first being a new home buyer and using my VA loan for the first time. Denton did an excellent job being patient with me by answering all my questions and helping me understand the loan process. He is a great communicator and that was in part one of the main reasons I did not change lenders at the last minute. Pamela made our mortgage process simple. The gathering documents and submitting information to her was very smooth. As a first time home buyer, Jose had many questions and Pamela was very responsive. Between working full days away from home , and the pandemic, She made it very smoothly. Pamela was very professional and knowledgeable. All emails request were promptly answered. Not the same experience with the title company. They had a notary taking care of the closing and no other person showed up to explain the process. We did not get any professional help at the closing. That was the only bad experience we had during this process. I am very pleased with our experience with Pamela as our loan officer and would recommend her 100% closed eyes.

Seamless Experience with Pamela Johnson
Pamela made my mortgage process seamless. I have heard coworkers and friends complain about their experiences with gathering documents and submitting information to their loan officer, but my experience was very smooth. As a first time home buyer, I had many questions to say the least. Between working full days, one kid distance learning due to the pandemic, and caring for a newborn the best times for me to reach out was in the wee hours of the night. Pamela was so professional, knowledgeable, and prompt that by the time I woke up in the morning my emails were already answered. She even stepped in to answer my questions that involved insurance and when the title company did not respond back to me.
