He would always make sure to keep us up to date with everything happening and explain it in ways we would understand. If we did not understand he would be able to clarify and help us the entire time. Linita's Tip: I would caution of your closing is with Brett at Newton and Newton. I would say request another attorney there or deal with his disgusting and harsh attitude.

Unhappy
The Real estate taxes on the property I purchased at 314 Saifish were shown as almost double the actual amount. This caused a requirement for me to pay points to buy down the interest rate in order to qualify. Had they been properly stated I would have not been charged the amount of points to qualify. The amount made a difference of $100 in my monthly which made my ratios higher. I caught this to late to make a difference.

The process for the loan was very easy. The online tools made uploading documents and being updated on the status of the mortgage easy. There was always someone to answer questions by phone or email when they came up. Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful.
