So many people stress about buying a house. However my experience was seemless. Tyler and her team were patient and understanding and set realistic expectations and requested logical documentation. They made my first home buying experience easy and comfortable.
Linita's Tip: I would caution of your closing is with Brett at Newton and Newton. I would say request another attorney there or deal with his disgusting and harsh attitude.

Unhappy
The Real estate taxes on the property I purchased at 314 Saifish were shown as almost double the actual amount. This caused a requirement for me to pay points to buy down the interest rate in order to qualify. Had they been properly stated I would have not been charged the amount of points to qualify. The amount made a difference of $100 in my monthly which made my ratios higher. I caught this to late to make a difference.
