We have never being to misinformed by this agent. She hardly return your call or text. She doesn’t give you a straight answer. Always she will get back with you and never do. And don’t answer you questions completely. This loan was lock in at 3.125%. But when closing documents came through we had close at 3.25%. Ask the agents why didn’t go up on the interest rate. She could not ask. This loan took almost 3 months to close. We couldn’t borrow the amount we wanted too. So we settle for a lower amount. And even that was like pulling teeth to get answer why. And borrowing a less amount out points and credit rate was over 10,000.00 I would never refer anyone to Shannon Keller with Fbc in pahrump. With in a year or so we will go through another banking company. Don’t want deal with that type loan officer every again.
Brian's Tip: Be Honest and up front with your clients. Don’t keep them hanging and or guess what to do next. She was not very helpful. She shouldn’t be in that kind of jobs if she can’t be honest, helpful.

I started my process with FBC Mortage a little over 6 months ago. My home was set to be done within that time frame. Through the works of the amazing staff at FBC Mortage things took off and I was able to close and move into my house the same week it was finished. The home buying process is not a easy one by far. I appreciate the updates from Mr. Adams as my process went along and not only did the updates keep me in the knowing they also gave me a breakdown and understanding of how things would flow for the next steps. I appreciate all the emails I got for every holiday in between the building process and as a new client of FBC. I am greatly appreciative of the staff that I’ve had personal one on ones with like Terie who held my hand through a few tough moments. She felt like a friend and not just a lender looking to close on a deal. I appreciate Brianna for making sure that my questions got answered and for keeping me ontop of getting things turned in and at times breaking down some of the things I didn’t understand. Both young ladies where patient and kind. I felt like I had a team working for me and they did the most of what they could so that I would get into this house. This is my first time buying a home and I went in eyes closed not knowing what to expect. I feel I came out of this with a victory because I didn’t feel this would be possible or even happen. Jay johnson is an amazing loan officer. If it easnt for jay we would have not gotten this loan, or we would have walked. Jay helped us keep our sanity and faith while dealing with fbc. He is by for the only reason I would recommend fbc to anyone. Jay you are an amazing loan officer and person in general thank you for all your help and patience through are (loan processor/underwriter made ) difficult loan. I hope you get a raise or promotion after this. I wish i could say thank you to fbc but i wont, I will however say thank you to jay we are so greatful we had you as our loan officer.
Seth's Tip: I recommend searching and using jay johnson he seems to be the only person with common sense and customer support and care in the whole company.
