FBC Mortgage has been very helpful in securing my loan for my property but one team member - Brian Foose - worked extra hard and made sure I got everything I needed to secure my loan. He will ask you a lot of questions but trust me they are for your own good. From proof of employment to bank statements to verification of transactions. He was very thorough but trust me you want all of these things to be taken care of in the front end because you don’t want any surprises coming up on day of closing which could prevent you from successfully completing your transaction. Brian was never off from work from the day we started the loan application to closing. He always picked up my calls and replied to my texts regardless of day and time. When he missed my calls he always called back. He was amazing throughout the whole process and I would recommend him to anybody. Nothing less than 5 stars. Very knowledgeable in what he does.

Great refinance experience
This is the second refinance I have done with Marcy Hunter and I can’t say enough about her professionalism. She is up to date on the market gets a locked in rate quickly. The whole loan process is streamlined and Marcy is involved with each step with helpful advice. You feel like you have an advocate.
