Inconsistent
Tyler started off great with communication and provided information at the beginning. Things began to get inconsistent with communication and information that I was provided and I would call Tyler and leave multiple voicemails with questions for Tyler to ask and get back to me and would go days without hearing back from her if I even heard back from her at all. Days before my closing I had to contact the builder and push my closing back due to not knowing if I was on schedule to close. The lack of communication almost made me pass on purchasing my home due to feeling like everything was coming all at once at the last minute when I was asking for information.
Jasmine's Tip: Just stay on them and do not be afraid to reach out others within the company when you don’t get information you are asking for.
