My home buying experience with FBC Mortgage has been one that I will always remember! Adam and his team are a phenomenal group of people to say the least. They are down to earth, hard working people dedicated to success and I will tell you why! So, I went with a lender recomended to me from credit karma thinking it would be an easy process only for these people to back out THE DAY BEFORE MY SCHEDULED CLOSING! My spouse and I were beyond heartbroken thinking we would lose out on our prospective home as this housing market has been ultra aggressive. Adam and his team took my loan over WITH LESS THAN TWO WEEKS TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS before the seller would back out! Our Family were preparing for the worst. Man I tell you the feeling I had when Adam called me with the words, "You are all clear to close", is indescribable! Adam and his team are friends for Life! Most Definitely Recommended! Unhappy Customer
The application process was smooth, and Scott answered questions and was easy to talk with. My issue is that Scott told me I would have plenty of entitlement/room to take out another VA loan in the amount I needed despite me raising concerns and questioning if that would be the case. When he received my approval he was wrong. Mistakes happen, so I was disappointed, but my big issue with Scott is that he didn't acknowledge the error and wouldn't return my calls. His responses were short via email and offered no guidance which could have been given.
