This has been an interesting process processing this load because USDA changed their system for March 2021 they had to redo everything that was already ion the system. I can't blame anyone for system changes so Karen & FBC did whatever they could for me to get this loan processed jumping through hoops for me.

A Pleasant Experience
This was the first time in 26 years my wife and I have bought a house. Gordon made it a very pleasant experience. He answered our questions quickly and helped us with many details. I would be happy to work with him again if the need every arose. You would be well served by Gordon's knowledge and expertise. Gina Leonovich was our loan processor and did an excellent job getting us down the road to closing.

FBC closed my refinance in 30 days flat. I received incredible service from Kyle Straub. He was always accessible and prompt to respond to any communications I sent him. When US Bank and Chase are telling me 90 days to close and FBC gets it done in 30, that tells you everything you need to know about the type of workers they have at FBC and the quality of the service they provide. Outstanding!
Salvatore's Tip: Closing on a loan is a two-way street. The loan officer requested information from me and I promptly provided the information. Everything submitted on my end was accurate and complete and this helped move along the processing of the loan. Although you expect the loan officer to provide good communication and prompt service, you must do the same on your end. Work together as a team and you'll see how fast things move toward closing.

Everything I Needed
Maria is AMAZING! She was everything I needed. She is a professional, ethical, and knowledgeable. At the beginning of the process, I didn’t know her and didn’t know if she would work hard for me to get us the approval even though I was referred to her by a trustful friend. Another thing is that I’m a visionary and Maria is a realist but she definitely made the vision, the dream, and the prayer into reality. Today, I trust that she is knowledgeable and she can make it happen! Throughout the process, I spoke with Maria every day. She would never leave me with any doubts. Best of all, when we talked I knew she had my interests in mind she never sold me dreams that she couldn’t deliver. I am beyond thankful and grateful for Maria. Felt lied to
Overall, the service was no different than any other time I've refinanced. Everything was done online and that made it quick and easy. What I absolutely did not like is that I felt like I was lied to. I was told in the beginning that there would be no credit check and wouldn't you know it, there was a credit check. I was not happy but what could I do? Lo and behold what happens? ANOTHER CREDIT CHECK! And when I sent an angry email to the loan officer it was never addressed, not by phone or email. Again, what can I do about it? Nothing. So overall, if you're told you're not going to get your credit checked, expect it to be done twice.
