Maria is AMAZING! She was everything I needed. She is a professional, ethical, and knowledgeable. Another thing is that I’m a visionary and Maria is a realist but she definitely made the vision, the dream, and the prayer into reality. Getting a loan is always an intimidating event, even it you've been through the process many times. Your only hope in the process is to have a loan officer that is responsive with their communications, and competent with their knowledge of the processes so they can explain everything as it transpires. This kind of good, informative communication goes a long, long ways to relieving the anxiety associated with such a large and important decision. I've been through many loans and closings and Maria's performance is right at the top. She was timely in her communication and knowledgeable in our information. In comparison I had spoken with Wells Fargo and Watson Mortgage here in Clermont and neither agent returned any emails or calls after our first conversation. So thanks to Maria and FBC for being there for us.
