I had the pleasure of working with Kelly Taylor's team, more so one on one with Yvette. Actually Yvette is the reason we had hope in getting approved. We attempted one end of 2020 and we needed to work on some credit/DTI issues. She gave us direction and told us not to give up. Circle back around to January 2021, and we got approved and closed on our house this month. Yvette was great in keeping in contact, letting you know what was going on and answering any questions we had! Would definitely recommend FBC to anyone looking for a lender.

Amanda is always great at communicating, quick turnaround and very knowledgeable. I’ve never felt we’ve been left in the dark or don’t know where we’re at in the process. We are now in the process of getting our third loan, each one has been different (purchase, cash out refi, refi) but she has remained consistent across the board. She’s great to work with!

Seems like they never sold a house before
The process was not too bad in the beginning. But it seemed as if the further along the process, the worse it got. Closing Was scheduled for 1pm. I arrived to the title company and was informed they never received a closing packet from the lender. I called the lender, who was not even aware there was a closing scheduled that day. 5:30pm came around and still didn’t get keys until the next day.
