Jon and team were able to help me complete the mortgage process on my new home. They were incredibly responsive and when i had a question they gave great comprehensive answers. The process they follow was very clear, the website they use to collect information was easy to use. I was surprised about the amount of information that was required from the underwriter but i understand why that is necessary. Jon's team was able to answer any questions i had on those requests. Overall it was a great experience for me.

Despite the issues that I had with getting information to pay off my second mortgage, no fault of Shannon, this was a very good experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
