One of the best first time experiences by far
This was my second home purchase, but my first time doing a loan of this caliber on my own. I'll have to say with the exception of dealing with the buyer this was a very pleasant experience. Through all the ups and downs and the condition of the actuall title to the house, Josh Locke and Denice Prothro remained professional and friendly throughout the whole process. They were both very attentive to all of my questions and concerns. Their knowledge was direct and always readily available without needing research or long periods of time between phone calls. By far, some of the most professional personalities that I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Their kindness and perseverance have truly communicated the greatness they put into their careers. I am gratefull to have worked with both of them.

Happy it's done and over!!
I found our personal situation very stressful and I know buying a home is a nightmare for most ..i found the papers and documents needed for this particular closing were very difficult and almost too much to deal with...the closing was missing papers and had to wait for (seemed forever at a very hot closing office..little or both ac) waiting for documents that should have been there...I left in tears and so was my mom...we are in our new home now and I guess its like a child...when u give birth u say u wont do it again but maybe 20 years from now when I am too old to forget how awful it was...lol Me and my mom are happy home owners and thanks to jennifer and her hustle and my determination to find documents we have the home of our dreams...thank u jennifer...
