Overall good experience
I would have given this review a 5 but there were a few inconsistencys as we got closer tot closing. Questions arrising at the end that were already given upfront. Last minute requests with very unreasonable deadlines. Little to no room. However, when you request something its not answered as fast. More communication with buyer is the only thing that I would have wanted a bit more. The majority of communication is by email
Francisco's Tip: Hang in there. Its not as bad as some say. Buying a home is a stressful process already and emotions run high lol

Confusing Teamwork
Matt and his team did a great job overall but there are way too many different people contacting you for their part and it gets very confusing. There should be one contact person that has a checklist of the required documents. That person can delegate it to the team as appropriate. I didn't even have an executed contract and the team wanted to schedule the appraisal etc. It got overwhelming at times and I had my real estate license in another state for over 28 years and this is my fourth real estate purchase in six years. Overall the team does a great job of making it all happen, but it could be so much less confusion.

Smooth process!
My refinance process went very well. My loan officer was phenomenal. She explained the process and was very communicative and responsive throughout it. Generally speaking the process went smoothly and the loan closing was a day earlier than she had originally predicted.
