I would send emails and get responses that I would get a call back in a few hours, but it would be days. One time it was because rates were going up soon, I did not receive a response until after the rates went up. This may have cost me a lot of money. I have been in the industry for over a decade, so luckily I was familiar with the documents because I never got an explanation on any of it.

Sam Davis and his team were great. They took time to answer all my questions as a first time home buyer. We were also in a time crunch and had to close in 30 days. Not a problem. Dana also helped explain things to me and Sara was very good about keeping me up to date on how the process was coming along.
