John Fosgate's team was spectacular as well as the whole processing, underwriting and closing teams associated. Extra kudos to Alison Friend And Tonya Martin who made sure everything flowed perfectly. Kaysa was professional and took great care of me also. Even with a seller change of the title co and settlement agent a week before closing they made it work and put in extra effort to make our fast and early closing date to meet our sellers time restraints. Being in the mortgage industry, even though I don't work at FBC, I was extremely impressed with everyone. Thank you all, especially Alison.

I could not have asked for a better person to work with. Stephanie was always pleasant and professional. She walked us through the entire mortgage process which can be intimidating. She always answered our questions and was always available!! We had some difficulties with our builder which was more stressful than the mortgage process. We ended up having the closing date change several times due to builder issues. Stephanie was given extremely short notice for closing and made it happen! Stephanie was a huge part of making our dream come true and she truly did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend her to others!!

Jaad was very helpful with information about our loan. There was a whole team in place to assist him with the processing.
Barry's Tip: The team caused some confusion by one member requesting documents that had already been provided previously. Also, each new team member had a personalized email address which made it difficult for me to pick them out of the many emails I get each day from various sources. There was once when I missed a team member's email because it got lost in the shuffle of clearing out my spam emails. Having one standard email address or identification of same would have helped me notice who it was from more easily.

We finally got our home!!
The process of purchasing and selling our home was not smooth at all. There were so many bumps in the road and we were not even sure we would be able to purchase a home let alone the home we wanted. Joe made it happen! He worked around the clock to ensure we got the home we were hoping for as well as to speed up the closing process since our home had already sold and we were going to be homeless. We do appreciate Joe and all he did for our family.
