I am a fist time homebuyer and I was very nervous about the whole process. I had a million questions before I even applied. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. Debra Communicated with me at all times and kept me up to date with the process step by step. She even communicated with me after hours and on weekends which was great ! She responded to my emails very quickly no matter what time of day or night it was !! This has been an amazing experience and I could not have gotten through this if it weren’t for her help!!! Miserable Experience
The worse lending experience of my life. Everything was last minute. The underwriter's requests were insulting. FBC had 8 months to get things in order and did not. It was so disorganized that the closing got delayed by an hour. There is a human element to buying a home and that was disregarded.
