Our First Home!
We submitted our application to FBC Mortgage on 11/27/17 and signed our CLOSING papers today (12/22/17). In less than a month, Chera and her awesome team (and our wonderful Real Estate Agent, Lisa R.) was able to get us through all of the steps of buying our very first home. They all were extremely responsive to my requests, concernsn and questions and they were always available when i needed them - even if it was on a weekend, holiday, or late evening. I highly recommend this wonderful team!

I was very worried when looking for a new home loan since this will be my first home purchase. I research with multiple angle on what can go wrong when buy a home and found that having a good realtor and a case loan office is the key to successful process. Mr. Furbee help and guided us on what need to do and what paper work wee needed each step in order for the loan to proceed into the next step. He returned all the phoned call within the same day with the correct information without any drama. Very accurate and precise on everything he does with our loan. Working with Scott and his team was enjoyable. In getting started with the loan process, I was given all the information I needed to make an educated decision about building my first home. They were straight forward with information and estimates. One of the support staff did not impress me with her communication, ability to find submitted documents, providing correct closing costs and waiting to the last minute for details that could have been handled sooner much easier. I had to send 6 months worth of discrepant documentation and emails I received from this individual, which was promptly solved by the Loan Officer in a 30 minute conversation. Overall a wonderful lender. One bad apple didn't ruin the bunch
