Barry Sheehan was the ultimate professional! He managed to get us through this entire process in under thirty days when every other professional I consulted told me it would be 45-60 days. Barry and Dianne were organized beyond description. Their communication was constant and direct. Their follow-through can only be described as perfection in action. I have already told all our friends and family what a pleasure FBC made a VERY DIFFICULT process. There is a great deal of stress involved in the home buying process in 2017. Without Barry's guidance I am quite sure the frustration would have overwhelmed my wife and I. There is no doubt in my mind that without Barry and the FBC Team I would not be sending this e-mail from my beautiful new home!!

This was my first home purchase and on top of that it was a 230K renovation loan. I can't express enough appreciation to the team at FBC. Buying a house was easier then I thought thanks to Efrain and his team. He made this whole process quick and easy. Thanks to him my wife and I were able to purchase a brand new house within a couple of months from start to finish. We thought it was going to take at least a year. What made it easier was that we were able to sign the documents online and not have to go in person everytime they needed something. We were able to continue our lives as usual. Thank you Efrain and your thank you to your team as well.
Roger's Tip: Having a printer and scanner at home is a big help. It makes the process of signing any document easier and faster. Also, do the paperwork the day you receive it. That also makes the process quicker.

I recently got a FHA mortgage through FBC, my realtor introduce me to Lee Utley, the day before I spoke with Lee on the phone my husband and I were denied a mortgage just days before closing, I gave Lee all the details and just a little bit of financial information and right away he was able to help me, within hours I had a pre-approval and I was on my way to securing a mortgage! The team that Lee works with consisting of Tyler Ratay and Leigh Ann Harrison were amazing! These two ladies answered every question I had, and believe me I had plenty! These two ladies also went out of their way to inform me daily about what was going on with my process knowing I had had a bad experience before finding FBC, I even receive text messages and emails late into the evening and on the weekends, I often joked with them they really needed to turn the laptop off. Due to some issues on my end nothing having to do with the mortgage company itself, there was a holdup and the closing took a little longer than expected, Lee and his team helped me out tremendously by telling me exactly what I needed to do to solve these problems quickly and efficiently, and now I'm sitting in my brand new home writing this review! If you need a mortgage FBC is the way to go I suggest you request Lee Utley and his magnificent team, you will not be disappointed. Tyler and Leann this one's for you ladies!
