After being turned down at 3 other lenders the listing realtor put me in contact with Destini Bowling at FBC in Tyler tx She was positive and reassuring from the start. She has my home loan approved through FHA at a 3.25% rate and we closed in less than 30 days. I'm a new realtor in the area and will recommend that all my clients see Mrs Bowling for their loans. Mike and his team made the process so easy for us. They were in constant communication, and that really helped alleviate the stress that comes with moving and buying a new home. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. What more can you ask for? The rate offered was competitive. The closing costs were reasonable. They had us cleared to close a week before closing! When we encountered a hiccup at closing due to something the seller had done, the team was flexible and available to help us solve the problem quickly so we could keep things moving. The entire experience was amazing and flawless.

Very Helpful and Great Availability
Matt was available at times my bank wouldn't have been since I work 8-6PM Monday through Friday. He also was available on the weekends as well. He was always very expedient about returning any communications and matched the interest rate at my bank for a 20yr fixed loan. We closed within 30days without issue. His team was great to work with. Only downside, and this is nothing really against Matt and his team is just anticipate paying more in closing costs than expected because sometimes there are hidden fees from the closing attorneys and your HOA (if you have one) fees don't get added on until last minute (closing attorneys job) and there is no way to really predict how much these will be.
Elaine's Tip: Always budget for more than you think it will be.
