Eric Dubose is both professional and knowledgeable in the loan process. I was uncertain what to expect because I had owner financing and I wanted to refinance at a more favorable rate. From the very beginning Eric shared his knowledge and expertise on exactly what steps to take for me to refinance my home. He walked me through the entire process explaining each step. Kimberly Jones the processor was also patient and diligent in advising me exactly what documents to provide to complete the process. Finally, Sylvia Jones the closing attorney was very thorough and in-depth in explaining the documents to finalize the refinance. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I was extremely pleased and impressed with Eric Dubose and his team and their level of professionalism and expertise. As a first time home buyer, my loan officer, Meg Davies, went above and beyond to educate me and answer questions while presenting me with a variety of relevant options. The customer service was impeccable and personalized. The mechanics of this process had a few bumps due to communication issues about the home inspection and the type of property. Despite these issues, Meg with FBC was optimistic, hustled and delivered a good experience.
