My experience could of been better...
I really enjoyed my lender, Mike. The only problem I really had was that they waited for the day before and the day of closing to throw new issues at me. The day before closing they neglected to inform me that they didnt get my fiances employment from out of state verified yet. Come to find out the processor provided inaccurate information to my fiances old job, therefore the request was not returned to the processor. Then the day of I had to scramble around for our gift-er and our own bank statements. It was extremely overwhelming so close to closing and I felt like my experience could of been much better. But all in all I appreciate Mike's willingness to keep in contact with me the day of the closing and tried to help calm me down from being so anxious.
Nicole's Tip: Stay on top of your lender to get your stuff done in a timely manner.

Needs to follow up with his clients, not everyone is knowledgeable and understand the process. Buying a home is a big step, commitment and investment. The lender should be available and attentive to the client, walk them thru the steps and guide them to make a good decision.
Louis's Tip: Lack of customer service, the staff are not knowledgeable had to wait for Scott's call to get answers. Needs to be more sensitive to people's needs, goals and future. Not organized and not attentive to detail, I consistently had to inform them the information on the paperwork was incorrect. My closing was delayed due missing paperwork from the lender.

Responsive and smooth
Pat Tobin and his team were extremely professional and easy to work with. They were always very responsive to emails and phone calls, even on weekends and evenings. They made this very stressful process smooth and organized. I would definitely recommend Pat Tobin to friends and family for their next mortgage.
