Scott and David did an outstanding job for us, from the pre-approval process to the close. If I had questions most times David was responding in minutes (simply amazing). FBC team was great. Mike Bedell helped us in the process from begging to end, always on top of everything checking on us and the house even when our builder was taking longer he was always calling to make sure we are taken care of. I will totally recommend them and if I have to, I will work with them again. FBC provided a competitive interest rate in the middle of a hot market.
