Overall, 4 stars is the max. I can give the experience. Not enough communication during the process. Left us feeling anxious and stressed. No heads up about the VA lending process and the hoops you have to jump through.No final approval until 2 hrs. prior to closing.

FBC has been a fabulous company to work with from the beginning of our loan process, through the end. Everybody was great. Matt originated my loan and stayed on top of everything. Kerri was excellent to work with, explaining everything and letting me know what was needed when it was needed. I love the video cards that get sent to your email every holiday. Karen Grim needs to be fired
Karen Grim is by far the worst person I have ever dealt with in my life, from being unprofessional, insensitive, not caring about others time and simply just bring unresponsive. I left her 3 voicemails over the course of 4 days to still not get a reply or a call back from her. On the 5th day I was determined to get in contact with her so I called her 5 times is a row. She finally answered but with an attitude telling me that she is "a busy person,and that she doesn't have time to talk to all of her clients". I was in outrage because she was supposed to be my loan officer and IS SUPPOSED to be there to assist me with questions ans concerns. I was a client of FBC but Karen made me feel like I was someone begging her for money. She is rude on the phone and even on the day of closing her information was wrong and she caused me to give a down payment that was short. Advice to fbc, she needs to he fired. Advice to anyone assigned as karen grim being their loan officer, request a different person
