We started the process in 2020, and through the qualifying to the closing bonnie communicated what we need to get the best loan for our family. We just closed and I still want to email bonnie my bank statement and paystubs. This team comes highly recommended, and I will be telling my friends and family about them.

Home buying with ease
Brian Skarg of FBC Mortgage made the difficult process of home buying a much easier experience. From the start, Brian made sure to keep me informed of what documents I needed to gather, provided me a timeframe for the entire process since I was purchasing a new home which would not be built for 7 months, and was readily available to answer any questions throughout the loan process. He worked hard to ensure I understood all my options and followed up every step of the way. Even once the closing was in the hands of the title company, he went above and beyond to assist me with a title company error that almost kept me from closing on time. I highly recommend Brian if you are in the Sacramento/Roseville area.
