Working with Benjamin Navarre was effortless. His professionalism speaks volumes for the FBC hiring managers and Brand. He was attentive, direct, friendly demeanor while always available to answer all questions, even while on vacation. If I called and it went to voice mail his response time was within 10 - 15 minutes. Via email was even quicker. I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and of course the low rate. Was the rate the lowest no but Ben's ability to impart knowledge, direct conversations, professionalism was hands down the deciding factor I could trust and why I continue to use FBC. Since my first loan and refinancing, FBC has proven when all things considered the one to continue to do business with because of people like Ben. The loan process was fluid and easy to execute from the initial quote to completion. The loan processing Team (Ashlea Lapre, Courtney Jimenez, Alex Hines) also displayed identical traits and deserves the same praise as Ben. Great Team!

Great service and help in resolving problems
Keith was a great help and gave us very useful advice in dealing with the real estate attorney to get the deed and other documents done correctly. I would deal with him again. Actually this is the second mortgage that we used Keith for and he was very professional and helpful both times.
Steven's Tip: Read your property description on your deed very carefully to make sure there are not any typos in the description that would cause you to have to redo the whole process.

Brad and his team at FBC mortgage were great to work with. He listened to all of my questions and concerns and guided me to the right loan for my family. He was readily available and we had a 5 hour time difference. In the end the main reason i chose FBC was their consistency and honesty I was shopping them vs online competition and almost always without fail the online competitors loan estimates would be different the the discussions we would have on the phone.
