Marci and her team at FBC were incredible! Clear communication through the entire process. Start to finish our refi took less than 1 month. Many of my friends that went to other institutions have been waiting for more than 3 months. They are all blown away that FBC did mine so quickly.

The process was pretty simple. I felt the communication could have been better. With having to do everything electronically there should have been more availability for phone conversation and support for questions especially for first time home buyers. Although there was some confusion the last few days, thankfully we closed on time.
