Robin's Tip: We had been trying to refinance with our current company of Wells Fargo. After almost 3 months of sending and re sending documents to them I fired them. I was able to get my refinance done with fbc just over 20 working days.

I originally was with a different lender who was giving me the run around as my closing date was approaching I hadn’t heard anything from my lender. We were then given Jon’s number and he immediately got back to me gave me an even better loan and somehow managed to close on my closing date which technically only gave him and his team only 2 weeks to work their magic. I would recommend Jon to any of my family members and will continue to use him in the future!
