Mortgage loan process review
It would have been more helpful to be shown a roadmap of the loan approval process so that the borrow understands the order of events that will occur and when, There needs to be a single point of contact for the borrower instead of multiple people in the loan process that the borrower has to deal with.
Don's Tip: Ask for single point of contact during the loan process that the borrower can contact for all issues.
