Every aspect of the process went fast and easy. Very satisfied with the process, but one hangup happened in which we were told we would receive the balance of our escrow account. But instead the escrow balance was transferred on to the new loan.

Being all the way over here Guam I was nervous about purchasing a home and not being present. From the beginning Brian and his team were proactive and always contacted me in a timely manner when paperwork needed to be sent in. Even with the large time difference I always got emails or texts when important paperwork needed to mailed or emailed. Brian and his team were awesome and worked well together in getting everything squared away. My brother, who took care of closing said they were very accommodating and forthcoming.
