Originally when we purchased our home at The Isles of Collier Preserve, we were working with FBC on a small mortgage. I was very unhappy with the customer service we were receiving and at the last moment we switched our loan to Wells Fargo. I was a little reluctant to deal with FBC initially on this loan - based upon our prior experience. However, Joanne lived up to every commitment she made to us. We were pleased with the overall experience.
