Wonderful Mortgage Refinance Experience with Team Jenna Teyshak
I had my original loan with Jenna and she had moved to different organization when i was ready to refinance. I talked to her and rate she advised for my refinance was best. Since I had already a seamless experience working with Jenna, I didn't have to think twice to proceed with her again for my home refinance and I'm glad that I did. I had absolutely wonderful experience and everything was done on time. I would highly recommend Jenna & team for your mortgage needs.

I closed on a loan in 2018 and this year the rates dropped significantly, so I received a post card from Matthew McDuffee’s office about refinancing. I got connected with the same loan officer that I worked with last year ( Spencer Lumia) and was able to get the refinance process completed in about 30 days. FBC is wonderful .
Kerline's Tip: Be more upfront about final cash to close amount. I was told that it was going to cost $ 398 to close but ended up paying $ $1170.33. This was upsetting news to receive about 24 hours before closing
