Scott assured me that with this re-fi there would be NO money needed from me. In factor in addition to increasing the value of the loan $6,000, I had to pay over $2,000 out of pocket to complete. I also indicated that I didn’t wish to escrow insurance, but the final statement (which I received about 2 hours prior to closing) had insurance being escrowed. We were leaving town that same afternoon, so I went left it as is. The loan processor, Gina Leonovich, lacks even the slightest customer service skills. She also worked on our original loan, in addition to the re-fi. Can’t believe you allow her to have any client interaction.
