I cannot begin to express how wonderful Carl Hendrix and his assistant Jacqueline have been to me. First and foremost they are absolutely pleasant to work with. They held my hand and calmed every worry I had during my loan process. They never made me feel like I was a bother. They are very attentive to their clients and respond quickly to phone calls and emails. For anyone looking for a home loan I highly recommend Carl and his team.

Efficient mortgage process
Greg was extremely helpful and friendly in guiding us through the mortgage application maze. This is not my first mortgage by a long shot but things have changed immensely since the 08 meltdown .
Jon's Tip: Be very thorough in compiling your financial records including recording where your funds come from for down payments and miscellaneous bank deposits.

From the start until the end of the process they have been wonderful with me. Their email responds have been no later than 5 min. Extremely helpful with anything I needed and every question answer in the best way possible. I could call Julie even at 10 pm and she would answer. I am very thankful to have business with people like FBC Mortage, LLC has as employees.

Overall had a great experience with FBC and Kevin. There were a few things that were a tad annoying along the way when it came to signing documents but overall it was good. Also, a few times I did not get a response back from loan officer and had to reach out again.

these folks are the best. Everyone that touched my file was very knowledgeable and super quick to respond. I cant imagine having a better experience. Side note: FBC took the time to renegotiate my rate with the bank once the appraisal came in higher than I expected. Im not sure how it all works, but they definitely took the extra effort to get me the best deal possible. If you are lucky, you will get Alison as your point of contact, but they are all great.

We had a very good experience with refinancing our original mortgage in order to receive a lower finance rate. Bonnie Robey kept us well informed and assisted us in the entire process. She helped us get through a computer glitch (no one's fault!) until it was resolved. We very much enjoyed working with her and FBC.

This was the second time dealing with FBC and Jay Holmes and both times was an absolute pleasure. Jay answers the phone or calls back very quickly. Any and all questions were answered in depth and in a way that someone who doesn’t do loans everyday could understand. Would highly recommend using him again.
