This was my third time working with Maria. The first two times I worked with Maria were excellent. This time I felt that she was too busy to provide the same level of service. Our closing date had to be pushed due to FBC not having paperwork complete and our closing disclosure documents changed up until the morning of the closing. This was not a very pleasant experience.

Great Refinancing Experience
When we decided to refinance our mortgage, we called the company who our loan was with. They offered us a higher than normal interest rate and wanted a large amount to perform the refinance. I made a call into Nancy to go over our options and in minutes she explained the process and offered us a much better rate then the company who literally already had our loan. Nancy took care of everything and answered every big and small question. I never worried, she made us feel so comfortable and we cannot stop talking about our refinance with friends and family. Thankful to be back with FBC.
