Most of the process was efficient and went very smoothly. this is my second use of the service in a year and each time the documents at closing needed to be revised. The processing unit behind FBC Mortgage relies on the computer system and doesn't appear to review its own work.
Michael's Tip: Try to get the documents more than a day or two ahead of time so if corrections are needed, they can be processed efficiently.
