Keith Bice and his team made the loan process pretty low stress. They were always available to answer questions that arose. We started a loan process on a house that we backed out of purchasing due to needed structural repairs. We quickly found another house and the loan team work so diligently that we were ready to close in three weeks. Possibly due to the rush there were some last minute needed documentation and underwriting work that pushed the loan documents a little late for our closing appointment, but Keith made sure we got them ASAP. All around it was a good experience.
Justin's Tip: FBC has automated emails you get along the way to keep you updated on the process. These were helpful, but don't hesitate to call your Loan agent directly if you have questions or concerns.
