Reasonable process
We were satisfied with the process. Rates were not that great, but because we were getting $$$ towards closing if we used FBC it was a decent deal. There were many different people engaged along the way. The online system wasn’t very intuitive in the application process. Some of the documentation requested was unnecessary, considering the documented assets. (20X loan amount).
