FBC review
FBC helped us on the mortgage of our new construction home. There was a lack of communication between different folks handling our loan and made the process a lot more stressful than it should have been. Things came up last minute that could’ve been avoided with more communication from the different people working on our loan. In the end, we were able to close but not without a lot of rework and changes on the loan.

This process had it's up's and down, there was to much paper work involved, requesting documents that I did not have on hand that I had to do some research for. Mrs. Gonzalez had the patience to assist in every step in the way along with my realtor. She was very informative on why certain documents were needed, always kept me posted if there was any delays, and always received a fast response either by email or phone. I would highly recommend her she does go above and beyond to help you get your dream home.
