I must say that the entire process with Dan was just phenomenal. He was very professional and helpful from start to finish. He kept me informed at each step of the way and the little emails from FBC with the personalized theme of each milestone was very much appreciated. The personalized milestone emails made the entire process feel special. Getting documents signed and delivered was also a breeze with the use of electronic signatures. Dan was very responsive to all my questions and concerns and kept in touch with me via text, email, or phone at every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better mortgage team to help me with my family's dream home.

My husband and myself are not first time home buyers but in no way are we experts when it comes to home financing. We originally had another loan company but they were not meeting our expectations. FBC came along and was able to beat their offer and were so professional. We were close to closing when we made the switch but FBC was able to make it happen and only had to push our closing to the next week. We are so glad we changed companies! Kevin was very helpful and answered all questions. Videos were of little or no help. When we were asked to unlock credit for a credit verification 12 days before closing, it was no big deal. When the processor emailed the following day and said she would need to pull again to get within 10 days, I about lost my mind. Luckily Kevin helped.
