Quite the journey
It was a bumpy ride, but FBC pulled it off in the end. Communication with the client needs to be improved. More updates on the the status of the loan would be appreciated. Time management needs to be worked on.

Asking for money month after closing
Well few issues i had were first some course that i needed to take to make the bank happy that should have beed done at the start so i knew what to expect was forgotten till like the last week so spent hours on it that would have been very helpful at the start but at that point just waste of time as i was done with the process.Then the thing that upset me the most .I got my final numbers what payment would be and what i needed down .I then paid everything closed moved into my new house and month later they contact me saying for most part I needed to up the insurance on house that they overlooked it before closing (Agent got the quote for me ) That my payment would now go up and that i needed to pay additional money closing cost a month after close .I argued you cant come back later and do this .They then produced documentation that pretty much says if they screw up and more money is needed i am responsible. She said that this issue is common but i don't know anyone that has experienced this once you close you close WRONG AT FGC in my experience.

He was very informative, great with prompt responses to my many questions, and exceptional about communicating with me about what to do next.
