Marci and Sarah we absolutely amazing through the entire buying process. E-mails were answered in less than 24 hours, but usually with a few minutes. Phone calls were taken, even after hours. Communication through the entire process was the best of any company I’ve ever worked with in the past.

I can't say enough great things about him. Jackie, Brad, Keagan, all great. The best financing experience we have ever had. We had a builder delayed closing and the entire team at FBC was super supportive and just great advocates for us to see us in our home quickly.

Geraldine's Tip: be sure to ask the right questions. Do your homework and know what is being presented to you. If you are not clear on the process, do not hesitate to ask for clarifications. This is a lifelong investment (at least for 30 years). Make sure you read your contract with your sales representative and manage your deadlines for any changes.
